Annual Sportive Events Presentation


MINISTRY OF ARTS, MUSIC & SPORTS {MAMS} Presents. 

ANNUAL SPORTIVE EVENTS /// Inter State Knockout Tournament/// Soccer Boys & Girls, Volleyball, Cricket & Worship Night///

Host Church: ROHI, Columbos Ohio.

The entry fee for the tournament is $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) per team (all sportive events included).
2. Lodging & Food, required to be managed at your own cost. (Either at your relatives or Hotel as per your convenience).
3. Trophy is provided only to soccer Winner and Runners up. 
4. Only token of love will be given to volleyball & Cricket winners and runners up.
5. Make sure to check your team players with all qualifying criteria to take part in this event;
(All participants must be an Active Member of Ray of Hope Intl’ Ministry.)
The pastor or the Leader of the concern church must recommend the participants stating that the individual is the genuine member of the
particular church.
6. Reporting time: August 1st 2018, Wednesday.
7. Due to time constraint MAMS will select very limited participants for the Cultural Nite this year. All audience and spectators are mandatorily expected to
book individual entrance ticket ($5.00) prior to the program day. 
8. For everyones convenience, the organizer has managed food for five seatings (Thurs-Sat) for the cost of $30 only. Please see the host for more detail.
9. For your cozy stay, the organizer has also made a deal with the lodge for at least of waiving our tax when the rooms are booked through ROHI Columbus (since
they are 501(c)3, tax exempt ).
10. We will be very strictly stick on punctuality. Let all our events be done on time.
